1.0       OBJECTIVE:

To provide guidelines for Batch numbering of Finished Product.

2.0       POLICY: 

To establish a procedure for to giving batch numbering of finished products.

3.0       PROCEDURE:

3.1       Batch numbering of the Finished Product is an important aspect as it ensures tracking of the Finished Product till the shelf life of the Product.

3.2       Batch Numbering of the Finished Product is based on the communication received from the Principal Company for the Loan License Products like Cosmetic Cream, Cosmetic Products of AHCL, and Ayurvedic Products of Himalaya.

4.0       FREQUENCY: As and when Finished Product is manufactured.

5.0       RESPONSIBILITY: Executive QA.

6.0       REVIEW GUIDE:  Log book
