STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

1.0       OBJECTIVE:

The Sampling tools are to be cleaned immediately after use.

2.0       POLICY:  

To ensure establish a procedure for cleaning of sampling tools.

3.0       PROCEDURE:

3.1       After use, the Sampler is dismantled wherever necessary, spoons, scoops and spatulas are de dusted in case of powders with the help of cotton cloth and washed with running water until free from all material.

3.2       Wash the Sampler and other sampling tools with purified water in QA lab.

3.3       S.S Sampler and other SS sampling spoons, spatulas & scoops are wiped with 70%v/v IPA.

3.4       Plastic Sampler is wiped with a lint free cotton cloth and air dried.

3.5       The dried Sampler is placed in a polythene bag and kept in safe place.

4.0       FREQUENCY: As and when sampling is done.

5.0       RESPONSIBILITY:  Executive QA / Jr. Executive QA.
